Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery if:

The product is physically damaged, or

Items are missing from your order
In such cases, please email us at info@vaadiherbals.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue. We will review your request and assist you promptly.
Refund Terms

Refunds are processed within 8 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in unused, sealed condition.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by emailing info@vaadiherbals.co.uk. No fees will be charged, and a full refund will be issued.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
