Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.


Returns & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • The product is physically damaged, or

  • Items are missing from your order

In such cases, please email us at info@vaadiherbals.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue. We will review your request and assist you promptly.


Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed within 8 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in unused, sealed condition.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs for returns must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  • We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.


Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by emailing info@vaadiherbals.co.uk. No fees will be charged, and a full refund will be issued.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
